Pumpkin pie smoothie

This autumnal treat is delicious any time of year! Get all the flavor of pumpkin pie – without the added sugar – for a simple breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened plant-based milk
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
4 dates
1 cup frozen cranberries
2 cups canned pumpkin puree

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth!
